Refund policy

As per article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code all customers have a duration of 14 days from the date of placing the order to request a refund for their orders purchased at full price. If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or colour please write to us at savdirect@margeamirage.com with your query and we will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange according to your geographical location.

If you availed a cashback on your order without any additional discounts or rebates, your order is still available for a refund and/or exchange.

* Refunds are not available for any and all items purchased at a discount or during seasonal sales. However customers can request a Credit Note equal to the value of their order. The Credit Note can be used on all products on our website www.margeamirage.com. The credit note is not a gift card. It is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issue and cannot be transferred to other customers. You can log in to your personal customer account on our website at all times to check your remaining credit balance. If the value of the credit note is higher than the new product being purchased, the difference will be displayed as "Credit Balance" in your personal customer account. If the product is higher in value than the credit note the customer will have to add another mode of payment to pay for the difference. All unused credit balance will be forfeited at the end of 2 years from the date of issue of the credit note and the "Credit Balance" will be displayed as "0" in your personal customer account.
